Terms & Conditions of Service

By using the services offered at Ki Wellness, you are legally and morally agreeing to the following conditions:

You must be over 18 yrs. old to schedule a session with Dudley Yogi.
Anyone under 18 yrs. old must have an adult present at all times.

2.
If you are coming for a Psychic reading, Ki or Sound Healing, it is suggested that clients arrive with an open heart, mind and spirit to receive insights, messages or healings from the Universe. 

3.
During a session, clients should have a genuine, honest and collaborative focus that will create positive outcomes.  

4.
If you should phone or arrive late for an appointment, session times will be shortened from your scheduled appointment because of scheduling and other people to consider.

5.
A minimum of 24 hours is required for a class or appointment cancellation. A fee of $20.00 will be added on your next visit for a missed appointment. 

6.
Audio/visual recordings are not allowed without permission from Dudley.

7.
Dudley Yogi is not liable for the misuse of any services by clients/or students, offered herein, and reserves the right to refuse or end services at any time inappropriate behaviors.
